Minutes of the Conservation Commission’s April 6, 2010 Hearing and Meeting
Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held a public hearing on Thursday, April 6, 2010, beginning at 6:30 P.M. at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland for the following purposes:

Jeff LaCasse, Jean Armitage
RDA submitted by Jeff LaCasse for James Warmolts, 393 Beetle Road for rebuilding of a seawall. Jeff LaCasse explained the work that was needed to be done. Since the lake is already full for the season the work will have to wait until it starts receeding during drawdown enough to have the work area exposed.
Hearing was closed
Minutes from the 03/25/2009 were read and approved.
There was no old business to discuss

The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
